Winter is the wettest, coldest, and least sunny time of year in Adelaide. June averages a temperature of 8 degrees and only 138 sunshine hours. In general, though the amount of rainfall increases, Adelaide has relatively few rainy days. The yearly average is about 82 days.

The best time to visit Adeliade is during the dry, warm summer months of January and February.
